Renewal is a dynamic, family church with people of all ages and from all walks of life making up the fabric of the church. We have a rich history in Solihull, spanning over 40 years.
We meet in several locations, Central, Chelmsley Wood, Stratford and Wroxall Abbey.
Renewal's passion is to serve our community and we are blessed to have the facilities to do so. Our Family Centre at Central includes a cafe that is open to the community. We also hire out our rooms to agencies and organisations who provide community services- these range from older adult exercise classes to antenatal groups to services for children and young people with additional needs to keep fit classes. Renewal also runs its stay and play group, Tiny Time from the Family Centre.
Renewal's Social Action department includes Renewal Helping Hands which is a food bank; Renewal Open Gate which is a support group for people who have or are recovering from an addiction to either substances or gambling, and/ or their loved ones; Renewal Therapy Service and Renewal Toy Offering which is an opportunity for the Church to bless children who are in need with brand new presents at Christmas. In addition, Renewal Social Action looks to set up new projects that will benefit the community.
