About

The Jericho Foundation's mission is to help people become fulfilled, skilled and employed. We achieve this in 2 key ways. Firstly we run 7 social enterprise businesses which trade commercially but also provide training, work experience, supported employment and apprenticeship opportunities to those disadvantaged in the labour market. Our business offer high quality, value for money goods and services in the following areas: construction, landscaping and grounds maintenance, printing, cleaning, catering, recycling and reuse.
Secondly we also support churches to deliver employability training programmes and run job clubs to help the unemployed in their local area. The programme is called Ignition and more details can be found on our website http://jericho.org.uk/ignition/
Job clubs currently run in the following locations:
- Lozells Methodist Church
- St Philip & St James Hodge Hill and Hodge Hill URC) (Open Door)
- Birmingham Christian Centre
- Centrepoint Christian Church (West Bromwich)
